Every year Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney supports over 1,500 families with a seriously ill or injured child. Our support is critical for these families and community support is vital for keeping our programs and services strong.
By holding a fundraiser you will be helping make a difference for families with a seriously sick or injured child staying at our 60-room House at Westmead.
The choice is yours! Choose to hold a bbq, dress-up day, fun run, bake day or even shave or colour your hair. No matter what you choose, you are making a difference for the 1,500 families who call Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney their home-away-from-home each year.

Spread the word! Tell your friends, family, colleagues and wider community about your fundraising and ask them to support you as you make a difference for sick kids

Make a difference for sick kids! Thanks to you, seriously sick and injured children and their families will have a home-away-from-home whilst they receive treatment

5-year old Lara and her family from Orange called Ronald McDonald House their home-away-from-home for 240 nights while Lara received treatment for Leukaemia.

JT's big run
John embarked on a 300km run over a week, to help pay it forward to help families supported by RMHC GWS like his was. John and his wife were first admitted to the NICU in Nepean Hospital when their son Tommy was born, and John has shown his support for RMHC GWS ever since. With the help of major sponsors, donors, and his family, John raised $9,491.
Maddie's brave shave
After spending some time in hospital herself, Maddie knew that she wanted to give back and support the families at RMHC GWS.
On the weekend of her 13th birthday, and with the support of her friends and family, Maddie shaved her head and raised an incredible $3,279.
Penrith Gaels golf day
Each year, Penrith Gaels hold a fun-filled golf day, with prizes, raffles and other activites to raise funds for families with a seriously sick or injured child.
Since 2013, they have raised an incredible $85,997 for RMHC GWS.
