How do I register?
Registering is super easy and simple!
You can register anytime by clicking "Fundraise" in the top right hand corner and choosing which incredible way you want to get involved!
Will I get any help or support from Ronald McDonald House Charities GWS?
Most definitely! Our dedicated support team are just a phone call away to help with any enquiries you may have!
Although we cannot undertake any of the tasks for you we will be able to help guide and support you through your fundraising!

Where does my fundraising money go?
Your money goes directly to Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Western Sydney to support seriously ill children and their families.

How can I spread the word about the amazing thing I am doing?
You're right! You are doing something amazing and you should promote it everywhere and anywhere!
Once you have created your fundraising page you will be given a personalised fundraising page! There will be easy access to be able to share your page across social media, via email and even text it to friends and family!
You will have access to posters you can print and fill in the details of your fundraiser. You can also approach local media who may cover your fundraiser - reach out to us and we can walk you through it!
My fundraising dashboard
What is my fundraising dashboard?
Your fundraising dashboard is your home for all things to do with your fundraising!
You can personalise your page, make edits, add your story and photos, increase your goal and even send out emails to supporters or thank you to donors!
How do I upload photos to my page?
Adding photos to your page is a great way to keep your supporters updated while also letting them know why the cause is so important to you!
If you go to 'Edit my Page' and 'My Gallery', then follow the prompts and ensure you save your changes.
Can I change my page name and message?
Of course! If you go to 'Edit my Page' and follow the prompts. Ensure you save your changes!
I forgot my username and/or password, how do I retrieve it?
We all forget things some times so don't worry! When you click login, you will see a prompt if you've forgotten your details. We will send you an email with a reminder of your username and/or a link to reset your password.
