Help me support seriously sick and injured children and their families!
Hello, my name is Kei and I am 9 years old.
In 2019, my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer and had to be treated at hospital every month. Each treatment was a week long, but my grandma was able to visit him every day as she lived right next to it. This was such a fortunate thing, as families of other patients had to travel long hours for a short visit. This can be costly, minimizing the number of visits, thus affecting the emotions of people suffering pain as families bring comfort.
Ronald McDonald house charity provides places for families of sick children to stay near the hospital, meaning that they can visit them all the time. Without this charity, many children will feel lonely, as they endure pain all by themselves.
I am doing this fundraising because I want others to have easy access to loved ones, to celebrate special moments like birthdays, Christmas and even Halloween together. A treat will bring treat to others. Together, we can do this.
